Shipping Policy

Free shipping
Every GlowSaurus order ships free within the United States, with tracking included.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times can run longer during the holiday season or because of carrier delays, so we recommend ordering early for gifts.

Tracking your order
Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to show updates after it's first created, so don't worry if it looks quiet at the start.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes. Please double check your address at checkout, since we can't redirect packages after they ship.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, email us and we'll track it down, resend it, or refund you.
